Maberu Creations provides services including but not limited to graphic design, web design and development, app development, digital marketing, and ad film production. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each service will be discussed and agreed upon before project initiation.
A project will begin only after a signed agreement (or confirmation via email) and an initial payment as per the mutually-agreed terms. Any delay in approvals or payments may affect project timelines.
Payments must be made as per the payment plan shared during the agreement. All fees are non-refundable once a phase of work has started or been delivered. Final files and assets will be released after full payments.
Clients are expected to provide all required information, feedback, content, and approvals on time. Delays from the client side may impact project delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables. However, Maberu Creations reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless explicitly requested not to.
All services include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, marketing, or technical information disclosed during the project unless otherwise agreed.
Maberu Creations will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delays, errors, or issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or services used in the process.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client agrees to pay for any completed work or materials issued up to the date of termination.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the state of Andhra Pradesh.
